Corn cake: a quick and delicious cake to try!

Pour the egg over the sweet corn. The result is wow!
INGREDIENTS

3 Eggs
400g (2 1/3 cups) Sweet corn
250ml (1 cup) Milk
125g (1 cup) Cornflour
200g (1 cup) Brown sugar
125ml (1/2 cup) Oil
80g (1 cup) Coconut
13g (1 tbsp) Baking powder
METHOD
- In bowl with sweet corn put the eggs. Mix and put them in blender. Add milk, corn flour, sugar, oil, coconut, baking powder and blend it all together.
- In pan covered with butter put the mixture. Bake at 180C for 40 minutes.
