Corn savory cake: fluffy and flavorful!

It's not the usual bread, the result is simply amazing!
INGREDIENTS

• 2 corn ears
•3 eggs
• 30g sugar
• 4g dry yeast
• 400g flour
• 25g vegetable oil
• 1 egg yolk
• sesame seeds
• jam or custard
METHOD
1. Prepare two corn ears, peel and clean them; cut the kernels of corn. Add three eggs and beat unril combined.
2. Pour the corn mixture into a large bowl, add sugar, yeast powder and mix well; then add flour, stir into a flock; add vegetable oil, knead the dough, cover and let rise.
3. Knead the dough for about five minutes, knead the strip, divide it on average into eight small doughs; roll the dough in a round shape, then knead the strips and knead the dough in flat cakes with a thickness of 0.5 cm;
4. Use chopsticks to press the lines on the cake dough, flip the surface; spread the bean paste on the cake and roll it.
5. Grease baking form with vegetable oil, put the dough and let rise.
6. Grease with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame.
7. Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C/350°F
