How to make Mexican Street Corn

Ingredients:4 ears of corn;
2 tbsp melted butter;
½ cup mayonnaise;
1 ½ cup cotija cheese;
3 tsp chili powder.
Instructions
Remove the corn husks and cut the ears of corn in half if needed to fit the pot.
Transfer corn husks into the pot of salted boiling water and boil for 30 minutes. Remove boiled corn from the pot and let cool down for 10 minutes.
Skewer corn ears, brush with melted butter, smear mayonnaise all over and sprinkle with cheese evenly. Add chili powder to taste.
