Shrimp Avocado Plantain cups

INGREDIENTS
2-3 green plantains
2 tbsp olive oil
12 shrimp
1 ripe avocado
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
1 jalapeño
1 garlic clove
1/4 cup red onion
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
3 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp cumin powder
salt and pepper
oil
1 lime

METHOD
Sprinkle shrimps with spices, mix them well. Fry shrimps in a pan with oil until cooked.
Put shrimps in a bowl to cool.Cut a half of lime and squeeze out juice on cooked seafood.
Add avocado, sprinkle with chopped red onion and garlic, cut cherry tomatoes, jalapeno and some cilantro.
Sprinkle with salt and gently mix it in bowl, and chill.
Peel plantains and cut into 3 chucks, fry them.
Put fried chucks into muffin tin and form cups, fry again.
Then lay out salad in cooked plantain forms, crown with shrimps.
