3 avocado toasts

Ingredients:
For the toasts:
3 avocados;
2 garlic cloves;
2 tbsp lemon juice;
3 slices bread.
For the bacon and egg sandwich:

2 slices fried bacon;
2 eggs.
For the tuna sandwich:
2 eggs.

½ cup cooked chickpeas;
1 can tuna;
2 tsp lemon juice;
½ cup cucumber, sliced;
2 tbsp chopped parsley.
For the salad sandwich:
1 can tuna;
2 tsp lemon juice;
½ cup cucumber, sliced;
2 tbsp chopped parsley.
For the salad sandwich:
1 carrot, sliced;
1 small cucumber, sliced;
2 tbsp green onion, chopped;
1 tsp lemon juice;
1 tsp olive oil.

Instructions
Mash avocado with lemon juice and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
Toast each bread slice on both sides.
For the bacon and egg sandwich make poached eggs by carefully putting the raw egg into water and simmer for 5 minutes. Repeat with another egg. Spread avocado mixture on top of the toast, add bacon and eggs.
For the tuna sandwiches mix all of the listed ingredients together and put on top of avocado covered toast.
For the salad sandwich mix sliced veggies with lemon juice and olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Spread avocado on top of the crispy toast and add salad.
Toast each bread slice on both sides.
