INGREDIENTS
1 avocado
1 avocado
1 tbsp pesto
2 slices salmon
2 egg yolks
1 tsp chopped dill
Salt
Pepper
METHOD
Cup an avocado in half, remove the seed and add pesto in the middle of each half.

Top with salmon slice and egg yolk. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake at 180°C/350°F for 3-5 minutes.
Top with dill and serve.
