Kale chips: an easy and extra crispy appetizer

INGREDIENTS
1 bunch of kale
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Salt to taste
METHOD
1. Wash the leaves of the kale under water.
2. Dry and remove the stems.
3. Transfer the leaves to a baking tray covered with parchment paper.
4. Brush with oil on both sides.
5. Sprinkle with salt and bake at 150°C/302°F for about 12/15 minutes, opening the oven occasionally to let out the humidity.
6. When the leaves are crunchy they are ready to be served!
