Two colors cookies: how to make them beautiful and unique!

They are not the usual cookies!

INGREDIENTS
3 eggs;
100g (½ cup) sugar;
100ml (½ cup) vegetable oil;
a pinch of salt;
½ tsp of vanilla powder;
10g baking powder;
400g (3 ¼ cup) flour;
3 tbsp (25 g) cocoa powder;
Melted chocolate;
Hazelnut, chopped.
 
METHOD
  1.  Preheat the oven to 170C/340F.
  2.  Whisk eggs with sugar until pale. Add vegetable oil, salt and vanilla.
  3.  Separately whisk the flour with baking powder.
  4.  Add flour into the wet ingredients, then stir to combine until smooth dough forms.
  5.  Divide the dough in half and mix one half with cocoa powder.
  6.  Roll out dough without cocoa on a piece of parchment, forming a rectangle.
  7.  Roll cocoa dough to the same size and place it on top.
  8.  Roll both sides of the dough into the middle as shown in the video.
  9.  Bake for 30 minutes and leave to cool down.
  10.  Brush melted chocolate on top of the cookie log and decorate with chopped hazelnut.
  11.  Cut into portions after the chocolate has set.
