Two colors cookies: how to make them beautiful and unique!

They are not the usual cookies!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
3 eggs;
100g (½ cup) sugar;
100ml (½ cup) vegetable oil;
a pinch of salt;
½ tsp of vanilla powder;
10g baking powder;
400g (3 ¼ cup) flour;
3 tbsp (25 g) cocoa powder;
Melted chocolate;
Hazelnut, chopped.
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 170C/340F.
- Whisk eggs with sugar until pale. Add vegetable oil, salt and vanilla.
- Separately whisk the flour with baking powder.
- Add flour into the wet ingredients, then stir to combine until smooth dough forms.
- Divide the dough in half and mix one half with cocoa powder.
- Roll out dough without cocoa on a piece of parchment, forming a rectangle.
- Roll cocoa dough to the same size and place it on top.
- Roll both sides of the dough into the middle as shown in the video.
- Bake for 30 minutes and leave to cool down.
- Brush melted chocolate on top of the cookie log and decorate with chopped hazelnut.
- Cut into portions after the chocolate has set.
