Breakfast cookies: how to make them beautiful and delicious at home!

INGREDIENTS
1 egg
70g (1/4 cup) of sugar
10g (3/4 tbsp) of vanillin
A pinch of salt
15g (1/4 cup) of cornstarch
60ml (1/4 cup) of vegetable oil
35g (1/4 cup) of yogurt
260g (2 cups) of flour
16g (3/4 tbsp) of baking powder
Sugar
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt and whisk until sugar dissolves. Add the cornstarch, vegetable oil, and yogurt. Sift the flour and baking powder and mix to combine. When the dough starts to form knead it with the hands to obtain smooth dough.
2. Transfer the dough to a working surface and roll it out. Make the shapes with the molds.
3. Take the cookies and cover one side with the sugar. Transfer them to the baking pan covered with parchment paper.
4. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 20 minutes.
5. Serve them all together on a serving plate.
