Peanut butter cookies: the trick with the fork to make them unique!

Kids will love these amazing cookies!
 
INGREDIENTS
100g (1/2 cup) butter
50ml (1/4 cup) of vegetable oil
1 egg
55g (1/2 cup) of cornstarch
80g (2/3 cup) powdered sugar
5g (1 1/4 tsp) vanilla sugar
2g (1 tbsp) of cinnamon
240g (2 cups) flour
Peanut butter
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl add the butter, powdered sugar and mix with the spatula. Add the vegetable oil and mix again.
  2. Add the cinnamon, vanilla sugar, cornstarch and mix again with the spatula. Add half of the flour and mix well.
  3. Add the egg, mix with the spatula and add the rest of the flour. Mix until the batter is well combined.
  4. With the hands create the small balls, add them to the fork, and add the little peanut butter on top. Roll them on the fork to create a round shape.
  5. Transfer the cookies to the baking tray and bake at 356°F/180°C for 15 minutes.
