Peanut butter cookies: the trick with the fork to make them unique!

Kids will love these amazing cookies!
INGREDIENTS
100g (1/2 cup) butter
50ml (1/4 cup) of vegetable oil
1 egg
55g (1/2 cup) of cornstarch
80g (2/3 cup) powdered sugar
5g (1 1/4 tsp) vanilla sugar
2g (1 tbsp) of cinnamon
240g (2 cups) flour
Peanut butter
METHOD
- In a bowl add the butter, powdered sugar and mix with the spatula. Add the vegetable oil and mix again.
- Add the cinnamon, vanilla sugar, cornstarch and mix again with the spatula. Add half of the flour and mix well.
- Add the egg, mix with the spatula and add the rest of the flour. Mix until the batter is well combined.
- With the hands create the small balls, add them to the fork, and add the little peanut butter on top. Roll them on the fork to create a round shape.
- Transfer the cookies to the baking tray and bake at 356°F/180°C for 15 minutes.
