Peanut giant cookie

INGREDIENTS
1 batch peanut butter cookie dough
1 1/2 cups smooth peanut butter
150g butter, at room temperature
3 cups confectioners' sugar
METHOD
Divide the peanut dough in half, roll 2 rectangles and refrigerate 1 hour.

Cut a big peanut from parchment paper, and use it to form the peanut from the dough. Roll the scraps of the dough into a rectangle, using knife dot pizza cut it into strips and lay these strips in a crisscross on the peanut dough.
Bake at 350F/180C for 30 minutes.
Beat the peanut butter and butter until combined. Add the confectioners' sugar until completely mixed.
