Peanut giant cookie

INGREDIENTS
1 batch peanut butter cookie dough
1 1/2 cups smooth peanut butter
150g butter, at room temperature
3 cups confectioners' sugar
METHOD
Divide the peanut dough in half, roll 2 rectangles and refrigerate 1 hour.
