Peanut butter bars

Ingredients:
1 ½ cup powdered sugar;
1 ½ cup cookie crumbs;
1 cup smooth peanut butter;
1 stick (113 g) butter, melted;
200 g (7 oz) dark chocolate;
2/3 cup full-fat cream;
coarse salt.
Instructions

Instructions
Cover 20x20 cm (8x8 inches) baking form with parchment paper.
Mix powdered sugar, cookie crumbs and a pinch of salt together. Add peanut butter and regular butter and stir to combine.
Spread cookie layer in a pan.
Heat cream until almost boiling. Pour hot cream over chocolate and stir until smooth ganache forms.
Pour ganache over cookie crust and let sit in fridge for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with salt and cut into squires.
