Tomatoes egg: a delicious dish to try right now!

Pour 1 egg in the emptied tomato for the most delicious dinner ever!

INGREDIENTS
 3 tomatoes;
 55g (⅔ cup) cheese, shredded;
 6 egg yolks; 
 Black pepper;
 Chopped mixed greens.
 
METHOD
  1.  Preheat the oven to 190C/375F.
  2.  Slice tomatoes in half lengthwise, remove seeds with a spoon and slice a tiny bit of tomato from the bottom of each cup to make it more sturdy.
  3.  Add egg yolk into each tomato cup, season with some black pepper and cover with cheese.
  4.  Bake for 15-20 minutes and add chopped greens before serving.
