Tomatoes egg: a delicious dish to try right now!

Pour 1 egg in the emptied tomato for the most delicious dinner ever!
INGREDIENTS

3 tomatoes;
55g (⅔ cup) cheese, shredded;
6 egg yolks;
Black pepper;
Black pepper;
Chopped mixed greens.
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 190C/375F.
- Slice tomatoes in half lengthwise, remove seeds with a spoon and slice a tiny bit of tomato from the bottom of each cup to make it more sturdy.
- Add egg yolk into each tomato cup, season with some black pepper and cover with cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes and add chopped greens before serving.
