Creamy strawberry cakes: a simple dessert for a great dinner!

INGREDIENTS
200g (¾ cup) cream cheese;
200g (¾ cup) strawberry or plain yogurt;
2 eggs;
30g (4 tbsp) cornstarch;
80g (⅓ cup) sugar;
5ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract;
10-12 strawberries, sliced;
12g (3 tbsp) sugar.

METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F. Line the cupcake pan with paper liners.
2. In a medium bowl mix strawberry slices with sugar and let sit in the fridge.
3. Meanwhile whisk eggs with cream cheese, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla.
4. Top with strawberry slices and bake for 20 minutes.
