Strawberry cake: perfect for the great occasions!

A tasty recipe to surprise your guests!
INGREDIENTS
400 g strawberries
4 eggs
70g (1/3 cup) sugar
4 tbsp oil
1 tbsp white vinegar
10 g of baking powder
2 tbsp butter
125g (1 cup) flour
500ml (2 cups) milk
1 package of vanilla pudding
1 tbsp of sugar
1 tbsp of cornstarch
3 tbsp milk
250 g melted chocolate
100 g cream
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together eggs with sugar and oil. Add in vanilla extract, sift in flour and baking powder.
- Transfer to the baking pan and bake at 170’C ( 340’F) for 25 minutes.
- In another pan on medium heat add the milk with vanilla pudding, cornstarch and butter.
- Make a little hole onto the prepared cake and pour the milk onto it, cover with prepared cream and halves of the strawberries.
- Mix melted chocolate with cream and top the cake with it.
