Strawberry cake: perfect for the great occasions!

A tasty recipe to surprise your guests!

INGREDIENTS

400 g strawberries

4 eggs

70g (1/3 cup) sugar

4 tbsp oil

1 tbsp white vinegar

10 g of baking powder

2 tbsp butter

125g (1 cup) flour

500ml (2 cups) milk

1 package of vanilla pudding

1 tbsp of sugar

1 tbsp of cornstarch

3 tbsp milk

250 g melted chocolate

100 g cream

METHOD

In a bowl mix together eggs with sugar and oil. Add in vanilla extract, sift in flour and baking powder.
Transfer to the baking pan and bake at 170’C ( 340’F) for 25 minutes.
In another pan on medium heat add the milk with vanilla pudding, cornstarch and butter.
Make a little hole onto the prepared cake and pour the milk onto it, cover with prepared cream and halves of the strawberries.
Mix melted chocolate with cream and top the cake with it.
