Waffle sandwiches: easy to make and delicious!

Easy to make and so delicious, these waffle sandwiches are amazing!
INGREDIENTS
For the waffles:
270g (2 1/4 cups) All Purpose Flour
1 tbsp Baking Powder plus a teaspoon
1 tbsp Baking Powder plus a teaspoon
50g (1/4 cup) Sugar
3/4 tbsp Salt
2 Large Eggs
110g (1/2 cup) butter or vegetable oil melted
480ml (2 cups) Milk
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
For the cream:
600ml (2 1/2 cups) of Heavy cream
200g (1 cup) of Cream cheese
200g (1 cup) of Low-fat quark
80g (3/8 cup) of Sugar
10g (1 1/2 tsp) of Vanilla extract
25g of Cream stiffener
400g (2 cups) of Strawberries
400g (2 cups) of Strawberries
METHOD
- Waffles: In a large bowl whisk the flour, baking soda, salt, and sugar then set aside.
- In a medium bowl whisk the milk, eggs, and vanilla together. Stir in the melted butter or oil.
- Add the wet mixture to the dry and mix until combined.
- Add about 1/3 cup of batter for each waffle.
- Cream: In a bowl add the heavy cream, cream stiffener. Mix it with the mixer and set it aside.
- In another bowl add the cream cheese, low-fat quark, sugar, vanilla extract and mix all together with the mixer. Gradually add the whipped cream and mix until everything is well combined. Add the strawberries and mix everything with a spatula.
- Add the first layer of waffles to the mold, add the cream on top and cover with the second layer of waffles. Leave in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours before serving.
