Waffle roll-ups: the yummiest way to eat waffle!

Ingredients:
1 ¾ cup flour;
1 tbsp baking powder;
2 tbsp sugar;
2 eggs;
1 ½ cup buttermilk;
½ cup butter, melted;
strawberries;
1 ½ cup whipped cream.

Instructions
Whisk flour with baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Separately combine eggs, butter, sugar and buttermilk. Pour liquids into the dry mixture and stir to make a thick and smooth batter.
Pour ¼ of the batter into waffle maker, cover and cook for about 5 minutes, or until golden but still soft. Repeat with leftover batter.
Place two waffles on a sheet of plastic wrap slightly overlapping. Cover with whipped cream.
Cut out stems of strawberry making small hollows in the middle. Connect strawberries with each other.
Place strawberry row on top of cream covered waffles and roll. Secure with plastic wrap and place in a fridge for 10-15 minutes.
Cut into 6 pieces and serve with some mint on top.
