Breakfast sandwich: a delicious recipe for a quick and tasty lunch!

This method is genius!

INGREDIENTS
2 slices sandwich bread;
4 slices italian ham;
4 slices cheese;
3 eggs;
30 g (2 tbsp) butter.
METHOD
  1. Melt butter in a pan and pour eggs in.
  2. Place slices of bread on top of the eggs, then turn around to cover in the egg mixture completely.
  3. Let cook until eggs have set, then carefully flip, top with ham and cheese and fold as shown on the video.
  4. Cook breakfast sandwich on both sides until golden and the cheese has melted.
