Savory Phyllo cake: a delicious dinner idea to try!

INGREDIENTS
900g (4 cups) of minced meat
15 ml of vegetable oil
10g (2 tsp) tomato paste
1g (1/4 tsp) Black pepper
2g (1/4 tsp) salt
2g (1/4 tsp) Paprika
250g (2.7 cups) of leeks
For pastry sauce:
250ml (1.02 cup) of milk
150ml (0.7 cup) oil
Pour 500ml (2.1 cups) of mineral water over the pastry
Ready-made phyllo dough
1 egg for coating
METHOD
- Prepare the meat for roasting, add the spices, tomato paste and fry in oil, then half-roast, chop the leeks and add to the meat, then continue to roast until you get a finely roasted meat.
- Make a mixture for coating the crust of milk and oil and start stacking the crust and meat. When you have arranged everything, cut the crust, coat with egg and pour soda.
- Bake at 220 degrees, 20 minutes.
