Chicken savory cake: the perfect dinner idea for busy weeknight

Just a few ingredients to male a delicious dish in no-time!

Dough:
200ml (0.8 cup) milk
1 egg
1 tsp salt
50ml (0.23 cup) oil
1 tsp baking powder
350g (2.8 cups) flour (all purpose)
8 chicken legs
Coriander
Paprika
Garlic powder
Salt
2 potatoes (100g)
1 onion
1 pepper
Tomato
Egg
sesame seeds
METHOD
- Sprinkle the chicken legs with the spice mix (salt, coriander, garlic powder, paprika).
- Mix all ingredients and knead the dough.
- Fry potatoes. Fry the chicken legs, add the onion and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll out the cake. Place the chicken legs, potatoes, stewed vegetables and chopped tomato. Cover with a second crust and brush with an egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 25 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
