Panettone french toast: how to reuse panettone in a super tasty recipe!

INGREDIENTS
Panettone
3 eggs
60ml (1/4 cup) of milk
Vanilla essence
Cinnamon
110g (1/2 cup) of maple syrup
Olive oil
15g (1 tbsp) of butter
Powdered sugar
Fresh fruit
METHOD
1. Cut the panettone into slices and set aside.
2. In a bowl add the eggs, milk, vanilla essence, cinnamon, maple syrup and whisk all until combined.
3. Dip in the panettone slices and transfer them to the pan where the olive oil and butter are previously added.
4. Fry panettone slices until they are golden brown. Decorate with powdered sugar, maple syrup, and fresh fruit, and serve.
