Brownie hi-hat cupcakes: they sure to please your sweet tooth

INGREDIENTS
130g of butter
130g of chocolate
3 eggs
280g (1 1/2 cups) of sugar
200g (1 1/2 cups) of flour
60g (1/2 cup) of cocoa powder
3g (1/2 tsp) baking powder
1 tsp of vanilla sugar
170g of dry whipped cream
220ml (4/5 cup) of whipping cream
3 tbsp of cream cheese
Melted milk chocolate
METHOD
1. In a pan add butter and chocolate, and cook on medium heat until melted.
2. In a bowl mix together eggs with sugar, and add in the prepared chocolate mixture. Add in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and vanilla sugar. Transfer to the baking pan, bake at 170°C/340°F for 30 minutes.
3. Press out little circles from the dough.
4. In another bowl beat together dry cream with whipping cream and cream cheese. Press it onto the chocolate cookies and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
5. Top with melted chocolate.
