Pull Apart Santa

Ingredients:
23 Red Velvet Cupcakes
250g Cream Cheese frosting.
350ml Chantilly Cream.
Fondant Icing.
Red and Blue Food colouring.

Instructions:
Arrange the cupcakes in the shape of a Santas head.
Take your cream cheese frosting and add a little red food colouring to turn it in to a flesh colour and cover four of the central cupcakes in the flash colour to represent the face.
Now colour the remaining frosting so it is a bright red and pipe onto the hat section, leaving one for a ‘bobble’.
Add a band to the hat with the Chantilly cream using big swirls.
Now using a small star shaped nozzle pipe in the beard around the face.
Make some eyes and a nose from fondant icing and place on the face.
Pipe on a big luscious moustache and the bobble for the hat.
Fill in the gaps in the hat with more red icing and add some desiccated coconut to the bobble.
