SAVORY PULL-APART BRIOCHE: VERY SOFT and FRAGRANT! π

INGREDIENTS
520g (4 1/4 cups) of all-purpose flour
17g of fresh yeast
35g (1/4 cup) of sugar
160ml (3/4 cup) of milk
2 eggs
12g (3/4 tbsp) of salt
110g (1/2 cup) of butter
Ham
Cheese
Egg for egg wash
METHOD
1. In a bowl with flour add the fresh yeast, sugar, milk, and eggs, and mix. When dough starts to form continue to knead the dough. Add the salt and continue with kneading. Gradually add the butter and knead the dough to obtain compact dough. Cover with cling film and let it rise for 3 hours, or until is double in volume.
2. After time has elapsed transfer the dough to the working surface and split it into 19 equal pieces.
3. Form the balls and roll them out. Place ham and cheese and close the balls. Transfer them to the baking tray. Cover with a cloth and let them rise for 1 hour.
4. After 1 hour brush the buns with the egg and transfer them to the oven. Bake at 180Β°C/360Β°F for 30 minutes.
5. Serve danubio on the serving dish and enjoy.
