Savory pull apart bread: stuffed with cheese will make your dinner appetizing!

This is so easy and delicious! We served it with fried chicken but would be great with pasta also!
INGREDIENTS
300ml (1 1/2 cup) of milk
300ml (1 1/2 cup) of milk
7g (1 tsp) of dry yeast
30g (2 tbsp) of sugar
40g of melted butter
480g (3 1/4 cups) of flour
7g (1 tsp) of salt
100g of cheese
Milk and melted butter for brushing
METHOD
- In a bowl add the milk, yeast, sugar and mix it all. Leave to rest for 10 minutes. Add melted butter and mix again.
- In another bowl, mix the flour with the salt and gradually add the flour mixture to the first bowl. Knead with your hands to make the dough. Cover the dough with foil and let it rest for 2 hours, or until doubled size.
- Cut the cheese into small cubes.
- After the time has elapsed, oil your hands and divide the dough into smaller pieces to make balls and fill each ball with a cube of cheese.
- Transfer the balls to the baking dish, cover them with a cloth, and let them rest for 10 minutes.
- Brush the balls with milk and bake at 180°C/356°F for 35 minutes.
- Brush them with butter after baking.
