Learn how to make a beautiful naked cake with fresh strawberries and vanilla cream.

For the bark:
40g (0.2 cup) sugar
4 egg yolks
50ml (0.23 cup) oil
200ml (0.82 cup) milk
5ml (1 tsp) vanilla essence
90g (0.7 cup) flour
5g (1 tsp) baking powder
5 egg whites
2g (1/4 tsp) salt
60g (0.5 cup) powdered sugar
Bake at 180 ° C for 12 min
Tray size 36 x 25 cm
For the cream:
180g (0.8 cup) cream cheese
80g (0.6 cup) powdered sugar
5g (1 tsp) vanilla sugar
300ml (1.25 cup) cream 33%
Strawberries (for decoration)
METHOD
- Prepare the biscuit. Combine egg yolks, oil, vanilla extract, salt, then add milk, and continue to stir with a whisk. Add flour, baking powder and combine everything.
- Whisk the egg whites with the sugar, then add the egg whites to the egg yolks and combine everything.
- Pour the mixture into a mold and bake at 180 ° C for 12 min.
- Cut the crust into three equal parts.
- Save the cream. Whip the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar and add to the whipped cream.
- Apply the cream on the crust, and then decorate with strawberry pieces.
