Pancakes lollipop: the original idea for a tasty snack!

Kids will love this result!
INGREDIENTS
1 egg
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
10ml (1 1/2 tsp) oil
125ml (1/2 cup) milk
150g (1 cup) flour
5g (1 tsp) baking powder
Hazelnut cream
METHOD
- In a bowl add the egg, sugar, salt, vanilla extract, oil, milk and whisk.
Add the flour and baking powder and mix all until well combined - Heat a non-stick pan and pour the batter on it. Place a hazelnut cream in the middle and add the ice cream stick on top. Top with more airy batter on top to cover the cream and stick.
- When the bottom of the pancake has browned, flip it onto the other side and cook until golden.
