Pancakes lollipop: the original idea for a tasty snack!

INGREDIENTS

1 egg

50g (1/4 cup) sugar

salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

10ml (1 1/2 tsp) oil

125ml (1/2 cup) milk

150g (1 cup) flour

5g (1 tsp) baking powder

Hazelnut cream

METHOD

In a bowl add the egg, sugar, salt, vanilla extract, oil, milk and whisk.
Add the flour and baking powder and mix all until well combined
Heat a non-stick pan and pour the batter on it. Place a hazelnut cream in the middle and add the ice cream stick on top. Top with more airy batter on top to cover the cream and stick.
When the bottom of the pancake has browned, flip it onto the other side and cook until golden.
