Kiwi pancakes: the original idea all to taste!

Tall and fluffy, you'll love this recipe!

INGREDIENTS
 2 kiwis, peeled;
 2 eggs;
 50 g (4 tbsp) sugar;
 20ml (2 tbsp) vegetable oil;
 ½ tsp vanilla essence;
 10 g (1 tbsp) baking powder;
 80 ml (4 tbsp) milk;
 130 g (8 tbsp) all-purpose flour.
 
METHOD
  1.  Blend 2 kiwis with eggs, milk and oil until smooth. Whisk in sugar and vanilla.
  2.  In a separate bowl whisk dry ingredients: flour and baking powder. Combine wet and dry mixtures and whisk until no lumps remain.
  3.  Pour a small ladle of batter on a non-stick pan and cook for 2 minutes over medium heat (or until bubbly). Flip and cook for 1-2 minutes more.
