KIWI SMOOTHIE: healthy and nutritious!

INGREDIENTS
3 kiwis
15g (1 tbsp) sugar
300ml (1¼ cups) milk
METHOD
1. Peel the kiwis and cut them into cubes, keeping the central part intact.
2. Transfer to a blender, then add the sugar and milk. Blend until smooth and creamy, with a slightly fluid consistency.
3. Pour the kiwi smoothie into glasses and serve.
