Berry Blast Bowl
Smoothie Ingredients.
150g Strawberries.
125g Raspberries.
100g Blueberries.
1 Banana.
150ml Coconut Water.
Toppings
Sliced Strawberries.
Granola
Coconut Flakes.
Blueberries.
Green Goodness Bowl
Smoothie Ingredients.
1 Apple.
2 Kiwi.
35g Spinach.
1 Banana.
150ml Coconut Water.
Toppings
Sliced Kiwi.
Coconut Flakes.
Crushed Hazelnuts.
Chia Seeds.
Tropical Treat Bowl
Smoothie Ingredients.
225g Pineapple.
165g Mango.
1 Peach.
1 Banana.
150ml Coconut Milk.
Toppings
Sliced Banana.
Goji Berries.
Bee Polen.
Chia Seeds.
Instructions:
Take the ingredients for the smoothie and freeze (apart from the liquid component, removing from the freezer around 30 minutes before preparation.
Add the ingredients to a blender and then the liquid ingredient.
Blend to a smooth texture.
Top with the recommended toppings or toppings of your choice.
