Egg bowl: a genius trick!

METHOD
Beat eggs in a bowl.
Oil a metal ladle generously and fill with egg mixture.
Bring the ladle over high heat while rotating egg mix.
Once halfway cooked, fill with your favorite egg toppings.
Fold the back of the egg over top and let rest.

Place plate in the microwave for 1 minute.
Remove plate and coat with butter.
Crack an egg on the plate and lightly pierce yolk with a knife.
Microwave for 1 minute at 30-second intervals.
Serve and enjoy!
