APPLE PANCAKES: you've never made such a GOOD snack! ππ

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
50ml (1/5 cup) milk
1 lemon (zest)
30ml (2 tbsp) vegetable oil
150g (1 1/4 cups) all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
100g apples (about one apple)

METHOD
1. Cut the apple into pieces using a cutting board and knife.
2. Pour the eggs, sugar and grated lemon peel into a large bowl.
3. Mix the ingredients with a spoon until the mixture is smooth.
4. Add the milk and seed oil, mix again until completely absorbed.
5. Add the flour and baking powder, mix until the mixture is free of lumps.
6. Finally add the chopped apples.
7. Place a pan on the heat and brush a small amount of seed oil on the bottom.
8. Pour about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into the pan and if necessary shape it into a circle, cook for about 2 minutes until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake.
9. Flip the pancake and cook again for about 2 minutes.
