Chicken lollipops: how to make a tasty dinner in no-time!

INGREDIENTS
1.5kg chicken mince
2 eggs
8 green chili peppers
1.5 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
3 tbsp vinegar
1.5 tsp salt
1.5 tsp red pepper
1.5 tsp white pepper
0.5 tsp black pepper
1.5 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp cumin powder
40g (0.3 cup) flour (universal)
40g (0.3 cup) corn flour
0.5 tsp soda
 
Flour (universal)
Breadcrumbs
2 eggs
 
METHOD
  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Form the Chicken Lollipop from the minced meat. Dip in flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
  3. Deep-fry.
