Chicken and broccoli casserole: make your dinner really delightful!

A quick and tasty recipe to try for lunch or dinner!

INGREDIENTS

1 broccoli

1 chicken fillet

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp oregano

40g (3 tbsp) vegetable oil

100g cheese

1 tomato

For topping

2 eggs

1 tsp salt

1 tsp oregano

60g (4 tbsp) tablespoons white yogurt

METHOD

Cut the broccoli into the florets and boil into the water.
Cut the chicken filet on the cubes and add the salt, oregano, pepper and oil.
In a bowl add eggs, salt, oregano, yogurt and whisk all.
Add the chicken mixture into the pan, add the broccoli on top and pour the mixture over it.
Arrange the tomatoes on top and add cheese over it.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180°.
