Turkish bread: puffy, light and tasty!

A simple and easy recipe to make delicious bread!
INGREDIENTS
500 gr flour
170 gr water
180 gr. Yogurt
20 gr yeast
10 gr salt
10 gr sugar
10 gr oil
Butter
METHOD
- Dissolve the yeast in warm water.
- Sift the flour into a large bowl, add salt, sugar, yogurt, oil and melted yeast Mix well to obtain a soft mixture and let it rise until doubled in volume.
- Then divide it into different portions and let them rest for 10 minutes. Then roll them out and cook them in a non-stick pan. Then you can brush with butter.
