Balloon bread: to make it so puffy and light you only need 2 ingredients!

INGREDIENTS
260g (2 cups) of flour
210g (3/4 cups) of greek yogurt
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the flour and greek yogurt and mix. When the dough starts to form knead it with your hands to obtain a smooth and non-sticky dough.
2. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll out each piece, add the round bowl on top, and cut the edges with the knife.
3. Transfer them to the baking tray covered with parchment paper and let them rest for 15 minutes.
4. Transfer the bread to the oven and bake at 190°C/374°F for 15 minutes.
