Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf Cupcakes: fun, easy and tasty!

INGREDIENTS
½ pounds ground beef
½ pounds ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
1 onion, finely diced
1 egg, lightly beaten
1½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
8 oz can tomato paste
2 tbsp brown sugar
1½ tbsp Dijon mustard
1½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
12 slices bacon
5 potatoes
¼ cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tbsp butter
¼ cup milk
½ teaspoon salt

1½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
12 slices bacon
5 potatoes
¼ cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tbsp butter
¼ cup milk
½ teaspoon salt
METHOD
Line your muffin tin with the bacon.
Mix together the beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, salt, pepper, tomato paste, sugar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Form 12 the equally sized balls and put them into the bacon-lined muffin tins.
Bake at 350F/180C for 45 minutes.
Mush cooked potato with butter, cheese, milk and mix until fully combined. Put your mashed potatoes into a piping bag.
Once the meatloaf is ready, pipe them with the mashed potatoes.
Bake at 400F/190C for 5 minutes.
