Treat yourself to a succulent hamburger with a twist tonight! Your family will thank you!
INGREDIENTS
• 450g ground chicken
• salt
• Freshly ground black pepper
• 2 tbsp butter
• 3 large eggs
• 3 slices mozzarella cheese
• 3 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
• 3 hamburger buns, cut in half and toasted
• 6 slices of bacon cooked
• 3 lettuce leaves
• 1 large tomato, slices
METHOD
Form a chicken in 3 equal sized patties. Using a small glass, cut the center of each patty to create a donut shape; Season the cutlets with salt and pepper.

In a large frying pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add cutlets and fry for 2 minutes, then turn. Break the egg in the center of each, season with salt and pepper, cover with a lid and cook until the egg whites are ready, about 5 more minutes. Put cheese on top and cover with lid so that it melts, 1 minute.
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha sauce. Add the sauce to the fried buns.
Serve hamburgers on toasted buns with cooked bacon, tomato and salad.
