Here’s a unique way to serve eggs: kids will love this!

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
salt
pepper
 
DIRECTIONS
1. Separate the egg yolk from the egg whites.
2. Place a food-ring mold into a pan then place a fun shaped cookie cutter in the center of the food-ring mold.
3. Pour the yolk into the cookie cutter and the egg white between the cookie cutter and the food-ring mold.
4. Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Serve it over a slice of toasted bread and season with salt and pepper.
