Bread cake

Ingredients:
sandwich bread;
2 tomatoes, sliced;
20 slices ham;
2 cups spinach;
1 cup béchamel;
3 eggs;
1 cup mozzarella;
1 cup parmesan;
fresh parsley for serving.

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180C/350F.
Layer your prepared round baking pan (or cast iron pan) with slices of sandwich bread, ham, tomatoes and spinach alternating until the pan is filled completely.
Whisk eggs with béchamel sauce. Pour the mixture on top of the bread. Sprinkle with parmesan and mozzarella on top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
