Cheese souffle cake: how to make it creamy and delicate!

So creamy and delicious, this dessert is a show-stopper!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
200g pound cake
250g (1.1 cup) cream cheese
45g (0.3 cup) powdered sugar
3 egg yolks
160g (0.6 cup) thick yogurt
20ml (1 1/4 tbsp) milk
15ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice
30g (2 tbsp) flour 00
3 egg whites
45g (3 tbsp) sugar
Hot water for baking
METHOD
- Crumble the pound cake into small pieces and place it on the bottom of the cake pan.
- In a bowl, whisk the cream cheese with a mixer and add powdered sugar, then mix again. Add egg yolks, yogurt, lemon juice, milk and mix. Sift the multi-purpose flour and combine once more.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites and add the sugar. Combine the creams with a spatula.
- Pour the mixture into a cake pan. Wrap the bottom of the cake tin with foil and place it over a bowl of warm water.
- Bake in the oven at 160 C for 1 hour.
