OVEN-BAKED POTATOES WITH THE SKIN: soft on the inside but with a crunchy crust!

INGREDIENTS
850g potatoes
Salt
Paprika
Rosemary
60g (1/4 cup) extra virgin olive oil
30g (1/4 cup) breadcrumbs
METHOD
1. Wash the potatoes and cut them into wedges.
2. Transfer them to a bowl and season with salt, paprika, rosemary, extra virgin olive oil, and breadcrumbs. Mix well to coat evenly.
3. Transfer the potatoes to a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180°C/360°F for 45 minutes.
4. Serve the potatoes on a serving dish and enjoy.
