Seashell buns : a delicious idea for a fun appetizer!

This is the most unique idea ever!

INGREDIENTS
250g (2 cups) flour (all purpose)
1 tsp dry yeast
1 tsp dry parsley
1 tsp dry garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp yogurt
125ml (0.5 cup) milk
2 tbsp oil
 
1 egg
 
METHOD
  1. Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 1 hour.
  2. Divide the dough into 9 portions. Form seashells from each portion of dough. Let rise for 30 minutes.
  3. Brush with an egg. Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
