Chicken stuffed buns: a delicious idea for the best appetizer ever!

INGREDIENTS
300g (2.4 cups) flour 00
250g (2 cups) durum wheat flour
6g (1 tsp) salt
7g (2 tsp) yeast
200ml (0.85 cup) water, more or less water for the dough if necessary
Olive oil
500g (3.7 cups) minced chicken white meat
6g (1 tsp) Salt
2g (1 tsp) Black pepper
200g (0.8 cup) Edam cheese
METHOD
- Combine flour, salt and yeast and knead with water. Knead a soft, fine dough. Cover with foil and let stand for up to 2 hours.
- Season the meat. Divide the dough into two parts, roll out the dough and cut into cubes, put one tbsp of meat and cheese inside the cubes, then roll out another dough and cover over. Cut into cubes and bake on a heated and coated pan.
