400g chicken breast
Salt
Pepper
Flour
2 eggs
Breadcrumbs
Oil
 
METHOD
  1. Cut the brisket into cubes.
  2. String the chopped cubes on toothpicks. Season with salt, pepper, roll in flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
  3. Deep-fry.
