Cheese pancakes: the salty version to try right now!

Ready in a pan in a few minutes!

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs;
300 ml (1 ¼ cup) milk;
200 g (1 ¼ cup) all-purpose flour;
200 g (1 cup) cheese, shredded;
salt and pepper to taste;
7 g (1 ½ tsp) baking powder.
METHOD
  1. Whisk eggs and milk with salt and pepper.
  2. Separately whisk flour and baking powder.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Add in cheese and mix to combine.
  4. Cook for 3-4 minutes, flip and cook for 3-4 minutes on the other side.
