Fried bread: the recipe to try right now!

Forget the usual bread, the result will blow your mind! So crispy and delicious!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
1 medium onion
50g (0.5 cup) garlic granules
100ml (0.45 cup) oil
400ml (1.65 cup) milk
180g (0.6 cup) Greek yogurt
12g (2 tsp) salt
12g (1 tbsp) dry yeast
2g (1 tsp) pepper
2g (2 tsp) dry parsley
850g (6.7 cups) flour.
15ml (1 tbsp) vegetable oil
METHOD
- Leave the dough to rise for 40 minutes. Make small noodles, spread them and fry them in hot oil.
- Prepare yeast with milk and sugar. Combine chopped onion, garlic granules, milk, oil, yogurt, yeast mixture and gradually add flour. While adding flour, add salt, parsley and pepper.
- Knead the dough and let it stand. Divide the dough and knead into small balls. Heat the oil, then roll out each ball and fry in oil, filling the dough with oil.
