Potato pie with ham and cheese: the mouth-watering rustic cake!

INGREDIENTS
600g of potatoes
2 eggs
50g (1/2 cup) of parmesan
1 tsp of butter
Salt
Pepper
Breadcrumbs
Cooked ham
Cheese
METHOD
1. Peal the potato and pour it into the pot with water. Boil until soft. Transfer to a bowl and smash.
2. To the mashed potatoes add the eggs, butter, salt, and pepper and mix until all is well combined.
3. Sprinkle the mold (22cm - mold size) with the breadcrumbs and add 3/4 of the mixture.
4. Spread it evenly and press with your hands well covering the edges too. Arrange the cooked ham and cheese cubes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese on top.
5. Fill the whipping cream bag with the rest of the mixture and cover it with strips on top of the pie. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
6. Transfer to the oven and bake at 190°C/374°F for 30 minutes.
