INGREDIENTS
500g fillo dough
3 boiled potatoes
3 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
60g mozzarella cubes
50g chopped salami
125ml (1/2 cup) milk
125ml (1/2 cup) vegetable oil
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
200ml (4/5 cup) mineral water
Olive oil

METHOD

Lay out the first layer of filo dough, spread with olive oil, top with the next layer and olive oil again, top with the third layer of fillo dough, and spread with the prepared mixture.
Fill with potato mixture and wrap it. Transfer to the baking pan all fillo wraps and pour with the prepared mixture.
Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 45 minutes.
