San Sebastian cheesecake: how to make a classic Spanish dessert!

Here's how to make the famous Basque-style cheesecake from La Viña in San Sebastián that takes only five ingredients!
INGREDIENTS
600 g (21 oz) cream cheese;
1 ½ cup sugar;
4 eggs;
2 tbsp flour;
1 2/3 cup cream.

METHOD
Preheat oven to 200C (400F). Line round cake pan with couple sheets of baking paper.
Beat cream cheese with sugar, adding sugar gradually.
Star adding eggs (two at a time) and add some flour. Pour 1 2/3 cup of heavy cream in and beat until smooth and a little bit airy.
Pour into prepared cake pan and bake for 50 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool down completely. Before serving with some powdered sugar and berries.
